Job Description

The Senior Analyst -or- Associate assists the Managing Director of the Global Investors Group to develop the business relationships in Korea.  

 

Major Duties:

 

  1. Assist capital raising activities in Korea
  • Arrange marketing materials, zoom/conference calls, and related logistics
  • Coordinate with internal departments arranging due diligence and closing schedules
  • Develop junior level coverage to expand our relationships
  • Bring fresh idea and innovative/out-of-box approaches to the routine works

 

       2. Arrange investor meeting and Korea visit

  • Coordinate marketing trips for senior management and portfolio managers
  • Schedule investor meetings, track and record time slots and arrange logistics
  • Prepare presentations, investor specific materials and pre-meeting (briefing) notes
  • Take meeting notes and follow up after the meetings (materials, reports, etc.)

 

      3. Handle requests from external parties

  • Coordinate requirements for data, reports, tax, distribution, ad-hoc requests, update calls, etc.
  • Communicate and understand the requests from investors before sending to internal departments
  • Assist on need basis for the requests from asset managers or consultants
  • Monitor communication, deadline, and accuracy of all requests

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  •  About 5 years of experience in real estate, asset management or financial services
  • Understanding of financial analysis, real estate products (debt, equity), capital markets along with familiarity with various property sectors in the U.S.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Korean
  • Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title
